On July
20th, 2006 Bunny Gibson, original American Bandstand Dancer,
had a near fatal head-on car collision on Pacific Coast
Highway. She was put in the Santa Monica Hospital Trauma
ward for a week, she recovered from the accident with the
help and love of so many people. She believes that, through
the many acts of kindness and so many prayers, she recovered
in a miraculous way. On October 23rd, 2006 a "Variety Show"
Benefit was held for Bunny which included "Dancing" in the
Hayworth Theatre Ballroom after the show. Many talented
performers and volunteers have given of their time for this
show - giving of their hearts. Gary Blumsack, from the
kindness of his heart, has donated his Theatre for the
evening, and that night, the Hayworth Theatre was filled
with 200 of the
"Biggest
Hearts in Hollywood."
"Hollywood's
Community of Performing Hearts" - OPERATION RECOVERY is
always creating Variety Shows to help others in need.
